Meet The Founder:
Rylee Johnson

Marketing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Tampa, I got my first taste of the industry by helping my mom market her small business—handing out flyers, brainstorming promotions, and learning the power of connection. That early passion led me to Loyola University New Orleans, where I earned a degree in Marketing and Communications, setting the foundation for a career dedicated to elevating brands.
Since then, I’ve worked with global Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing startups, and everything in between, spearheading thousands of campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. Successful marketing is more than just content—it’s about connection. With years of experience driving brand growth, increasing ROI, and executing high-performing campaigns, I know what it takes to turn strategy into success.
Outside of marketing, I’m a Tampa native who loves exploring the city’s food scene, unwinding with a solid Pilates class, and spending time with my Frenchie, Bentley—who, if you ask him, is the real boss of Second Season.
